general terms

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

• Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.
   

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Payment

• The currency accepted is USD. I only accept PayPal. I do not accept checks as a form of payment.
   

• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. 
   

• Please don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

​

• Once the purchase has been made that means the buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

​

Process and delivery

• If all of my current commission slots are full, you may reserve a spot in my waitlist. If you are at the top of the waitlist and I have a free slot available, I will message you. If you do not confirm your slot in 24 hours, you will forfeit your position on the waitlist and the slot.
   

• Confirming your slot means that I have received the money for your commission either in half or in full.​

​

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - to one or two months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and/or other work.

​

• You are welcome to ask for WiP pictures at any point of the commission.
   

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image without watermarks.

Revisions
 

• Only 3 revisions are allowed per commission

​

• Any small changes wanted after commission is complete (color adjustments, adding small details or fixing mistakes) is free.

​

•  Large changes wanted after commission is complete (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. To avoid this, please review the WiP pictures thoroughly.

Copyright and Usage​

​

•  Ownership: All content, including but not limited to artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and designs created by  ("SeaPuppie") and displayed on this website, remains the sole property of the Artist unless otherwise stated. 

​

• License to Users: By accessing this website, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless explicitly authorized by the Artist.

​

• Commercial Use: Commercial use of any content created by the Artist, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, sale, or modification, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Artist.

​

• Content Submission: Any content submitted by users through forms, uploads, or other means provided by the website may be used, reproduced, and sold by the Artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

​

• Sale of Artwork: The Artist reserves the right to sell, license, or otherwise distribute any content created by the Artist, including artwork displayed on this website, without further permission from the original creator.

• Attribution: Users agree that any content created by the Artist and used or shared by the user shall credit the Artist appropriately unless explicitly waived by the Artist in writing.

• Disclaimer: While the Artist endeavors to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all content displayed on this website, the Artist assumes no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.

• Changes to Terms: The Artist reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes​

• Commercial Use: Commissions are 1.5x the original rate.

​

•  The Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

​

 

• ​I reserve all rights over the commissioned artwork and may profit from it.

​

• ​I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

cancellation/refund policy

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
   

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
   

• If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
   

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
   

• If you initiate a Paypal chargeback without justification, and it is determined that you were not entitled to a refund, you forfeit all previously granted rights. I reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with PayPal and provide our communication regarding the commission as evidence of completed work. Additionally, you will be permanently prohibited from commissioning me in the future.
